I'm A Regular Martha Stewart. Well, Without The Evil
So yesterday (Tuesday) and today I, for some reason that is completely unkown to me, have been cleaning. Now, I'm pretty lazy, and I hate cleaning, but I just decided, well, I've got nothing else better to do, so why the hell not? So yesterday I cleaned out my closet. I had actually gone through all of my clothes like a month before, so this was to get rid of all teh extra junk I had shoved in there. On one side there were some transformers and a box of miscellaneous crap, a bag of power cords that go to something, and the aero bed. On the other side were posters galore. So I weeded out the unwanted ones, but kept all of my Spice Girls posters, of which I have a lot. Most notable are the Movie posters, as I have each individual poster of each of the Spices, which I will one day have framed. I also have a HUGE poster of Melanie C's first album, Northern Star, and another HUGE poster advertising their Wembley Concert. There are a bunch of small ones as well. I also found the framed poster that I bought ages ago. It's nothing fancy, it has the 5 girls on a red couch with their signatures above them. (Not their real-life signatures though). It's cool. I plan on hanging it up in my room.
Today I have been a laundry doing machine, as well as trying to go through all of my art stuff so I can get rid of all of the crap I no longer need. I've only made a small dent so far, but I'll probably work on it a bit more before I decide to leave the rest for tomorrow. I also tried making something from Martha Stuart's little food magazine that she has. It was called Egg In The Hole. It's really simple, which is why I did it, because I couldn't fuck it up. You just cut out a circle from the center of wheat bread. place some olive oil (or in my case butter, because butter makes everything better) in a pan, then place the bread and the cut out circle in the pan. crack the egg and place it in the hole in the bread and cook it, fliiping it so that both sides get cooked. Add some salt and pepper and you're done! It was actually quite delicious, and it was fun trying to make something new. I definitely want to try making new foods more often.
See, I told you my life is boring, lol.
For shits and giggles I've decided to add a song of the day (or post if you will), so here is today's song.
Geri Halliwell - Desire (avaliable now from Amazon.co.uk andHMV.co.cuk
Also check out Geri's official site (link is to the right) to watch the Videos for Desire and her previoussingle, Ride It. And listen to tracks from her forthcoming album!
